Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At Delight Biscuit Company, we take pride in the quality of our bakery and confectionery products. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellations

For Standard Products:

  • You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

  • Cancellations made within this window will be eligible for a full refund.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team by phone or email with your order number.

For Custom/Bulk Orders:

  • Customized items (e.g., personalized packaging, large quantity orders, made-to-order flavors) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Ingredients and production planning begin immediately after order confirmation, so we’re unable to make changes or issue refunds for such orders.


2. Refunds

Eligible Scenarios for Refunds:

  • Order cancelled within the permitted time window.

  • Product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

  • Quality concerns reported and validated by our team.

Non-Eligible Scenarios:

  • Change of mind after the order is dispatched or delivered.

  • Delays caused by incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.

  • Product complaints made more than 24 hours after delivery.

How to Request a Refund:

Refund Process:

3. Return Policy

As we sell perishable food items, we do not accept returns once products are delivered or picked up, except in the case of:

  • Wrong item delivered.

  • Damaged or visibly spoiled product on arrival.

In such cases, you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the item, and we will arrange for replacement or refund.
